Keeping logs of emails

We have made some enhancements to the Symphony system to further improve your event management processes! Why not take a look for yourself! 

Triggered email log:

When a triggered email is sent it is now added to a bookings communic

ation log, from here the event manager can view the email sent and resend if required. You can view the triggered emails that have been sent to an individual by going in to an event, selecting the 'Bookings' tab and scroll down the the 'Communication Log' section. Campaign email report:

We have added a campaign email report which will provide details as to the recipients and their email statistics, such as opens and bounces etc. This has been added to the campaign email overview page. Please watch the attched Campaign Export Email' video.
