How can I set up accommodation?

Event set-up - Accommodation

This section is where hotel rooms or accommodation available for attendees to book is configured. To add accommodation rooms to your event click "Add accommodation" towards the top right hand side of the page.

You will be asked if you wish to use a venue that you have already added in the past or add a new one from scratch.
Once you have an accommodation venue entered and in the list on the main page, click on its name to go through to the overview page. Here you can assign exactly how many rooms you have available to book and how much they cost.

First click "Add room" and give your room type a name, for instance, "Double room" or "Sea view room". Next you need to enter exactly how many of this particular type of room you have available for each night of you event. Once you have entered this you can then set an email alert if you wish which will you inform you when you are getting close to running out of that particular room type. Then you need to decide to which of your ticket and attendee types the room type is available and finally the price.

IMPORTANT: - Please note that the figure that you put into the price box in here is the price INCLUDING VAT.

Repeat this process until you have configured all of the different types of rooms and hotels you have available for this event.
