Sending personalised emails means that you are likely to receive higher open rates for your emails and better responses.
You can also send out emails on behalf of clients and in the recipients inbox they will see that person's name and email address.
We have updated our Campaign feature to include separate fields for the following: "From Name" "From Email Address" and "Subject".
These fields are now mandetory in the campaign setup, so you won't miss this step next time you set up a campaign.
The process to send your campaign is exactly the same as before apart from these additional fields, which you will find in the basic details section.
