Customised reports
Having access to the Symphony software means you also have, at your fingertips a band of your very own personal developers. As you know Symphony software offers a report generation application.
We are able to configure these reports on request, to include additional custom data that could make analysing your events more stream lined. We can also include a link generation facility, where for example a client can generate an invoice report, which includes a unique link for each delegates’ invoice pdf. This would then allow the client to perform a mail merge, sending these invoice links to each attending delegate.
Your Website
Symphony already performs as your personal website designer, enabling you to easily create a professional website with various integrated features including booking forms and links to maps or other web pages.
Symphony can also customize a design to make a web page even more suitable for your business. If you require a bespoke design which is not readily available within the Symphony software, tell us what you require and we will build it for you. We will also offer you support along the way from concept to completion. Our software solutions also let you see what your website will look like, while we build it. We can even make changes once the site is live.
Your Booking form
As you know, Symphony allows the user to build their own booking form, preview this form and publish the booking form live, using the booking form templates already available.
We also offer booking forms ‘made to order’. We can custom-build you a booking form to reflect your unique exact branding specifications, offering you even more flexibility and convenience outside of what the system already offers. If you send us your specifications we would be happy to provide you with an estimate and examples of custom-built booking forms we have provided and managed in the past.
Additional Template Designs
There are also other more cost effective options available to you in order to publish a booking form bespoke to your event and branding. Currently there are two templates readily available to use as the basis of your booking form; the basic template and the default template. If you would prefer additional templates to be available across your events, simply send us your specifications and images, and we would be happy to provide a custom design and upload this onto your system. This is a very cost effective way of creating a booking from uniquely specific to your branding, whilst supporting functions and features which you would normally only expect in much more expensive solutions.
We can also offer this option and apply it to your invoices, credit note templates and even with in your email campaigns. We are completely flexible, whatever your functionality requirements, we have the solution and would like the opportunity to develop your ideas and exceed you expectations.
