Sending documents via email

You can send updates to your delegates any time and on mass. In order to send a mass email to all of those whom are attending, you need to generate a report of all those who are attending, to include at least their names and email addresses and then set up a campaign email, using this report as the recipient list.

You can not send attachments with campaign email (there is the option to save attachments but this pertains to the email's template so any design work etc that may be needed to be stored) you can however add links with in the content of the email to documents and external web pages.
